Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT Monday–Friday begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Free shipping on all US orders over $70. Orders under $70 will have shipping charges calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment for domestic orders.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, SF Express, and EMS. The carrier used for your order will depend on the destination, package size, and shipping speed. Delivery days vary by carrier — most domestic carriers deliver Monday through Saturday, with some Sunday delivery available depending on the carrier and location.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do not ship to Puerto Rico or outlying US territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What to Do If Your Order Hasn't Arrived

If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, with neighbors, side doors, garage area).
  2. Wait up to 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they're physically dropped off.
  3. Contact your local carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) with your tracking number to file an inquiry.

If your order has not arrived within 3 business days of tracking showing "delivered," please contact us at sales@steelrealm.com and we will help you investigate.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within the estimated transit time, please reach out to us so we can assist.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Steel Realm is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damages

Steel Realm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us so we can help you through the process.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally on a quote basis. International shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination at checkout. International orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, EMS, or SF Express depending on destination.

For international shipping inquiries or to confirm availability to your country, please contact us at sales@steelrealm.com.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country's customs authority.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Steel Realm will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
