Credit & Debit Cards
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, including:

Your payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. Steel Realm does not store your full credit card number.
PayPal
You can use PayPal at checkout to pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, debit card, or credit card, depending on your PayPal account settings.
When selecting PayPal, you may be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment securely before returning to Steel Realm to confirm your order.
Sezzle
Steel Realm offers Sezzle as a flexible payment option for eligible orders.
Sezzle allows approved customers to split their purchase into installment payments. Availability, approval, payment schedule, and any applicable terms are handled directly by Sezzle.
Please note that Sezzle approval is not guaranteed and may depend on your order amount, account history, and Sezzle’s eligibility requirements.
Is My Payment Secure?
Yes. Steel Realm uses secure checkout technology and trusted third-party payment processors to help protect your payment information.
Full card details are processed by PCI-compliant payment providers and are not stored directly by Steel Realm.
When Will I Be Charged?
Your payment is charged when your order is placed. Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If your payment is declined or cannot be verified, your order may not be completed.
Why Was My Payment Declined?
Payments may be declined for several reasons, including:
- Incorrect card information
- Insufficient funds
- Billing address mismatch
- Bank or card issuer restrictions
- Fraud prevention checks
- Sezzle eligibility or approval issues
If your payment is declined, please try another payment method or contact your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Sezzle, or the applicable payment provider for more information.
Can I Change My Payment Method After Ordering?
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change the payment method attached to that order.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once a refund is processed by Steel Realm, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Sezzle, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds back to your account.
